1. Pilot-Stage Service and No Legal Advice
OpsTwin Finance is currently offered as a pilot-stage service. The information, reports, scenarios and outputs provided through the Services are intended to support operational readiness review, internal governance, risk assessment and deployment planning for AI agents. OpsTwin Finance does not provide legal advice, privacy advice, regulatory advice, financial advice, investment advice, credit advice, insurance advice, tax advice, audit certification or official compliance approval. Customers must obtain independent legal, privacy, regulatory, compliance, security and operational review before deploying any AI agent or AI-enabled system in production.
2. Jurisdiction and Regulatory Obligations
Legal, regulatory, privacy and financial services obligations vary significantly by jurisdiction, sector, product type, customer type and use case. OpsTwin Finance may provide high-level operational risk mapping for Australia, the United States and the European Union. These mappings are illustrative, non-exhaustive and intended to identify potential areas of concern. They are not legal interpretations and should not be relied on as a complete statement of applicable law. Financial services organisations remain solely responsible for ensuring that their AI agents, systems, operations, controls and customer interactions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, licence conditions and internal governance requirements in every jurisdiction in which they operate.
3. No Regulatory Certification or Approval
OpsTwin Finance is not a regulator, law firm, audit firm, authorised financial adviser, compliance certifier or accredited certification body.
Use of the Services does not provide formal certification, regulatory approval, safe harbour, audit sign-off or confirmation of compliance from any regulator or authority, including but not limited to ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, OAIC, SEC, FINRA, CFPB, OCC, FTC, EBA, ESMA or EU supervisory authorities.

OpsTwin Finance does not provide financial product advice, investment recommendations, credit assessment services, insurance advice, tax advice or regulated financial advice.Any financial services scenarios generated by the Services are synthetic and are used only for AI agent behaviour testing, operational readiness review and risk analysis.
5. AI-Assisted Output Limitations
Portions of the Services may be generated or assisted by AI systems. AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations, outdated assumptions, bias, incomplete reasoning or inconsistent analysis.OpsTwin Finance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, regulatory correctness or suitability of any AI-generated or AI-assisted output.All outputs require human review before being used for governance, risk, compliance, operational, technical or deployment decisions.
6. Synthetic Testing Limitations
The Services use synthetic scenarios, synthetic customers, synthetic transactions, simulated policies and simulated operational events wherever possible.Synthetic testing can help reveal potential weaknesses, but it cannot fully replicate the complexity, uncertainty, data quality, customer behaviour, system dependencies or regulatory consequences of real-world production environments.A favourable readiness score or report should not be treated as confirmation that an AI agent is safe, compliant, reliable, non-discriminatory, secure or fit for production.
Customers remain solely responsible for:- the design, configuration and deployment of their AI agents;- prompt engineering, guardrails and system instructions;- internal policies, controls and approval thresholds;- data handling and privacy obligations;- customer communications and operational decisions;- legal, regulatory and compliance obligations;- human oversight and escalation processes;- production monitoring and incident response;- risk acceptance and deployment decisions.OpsTwin Finance is a testing and readiness support tool. It does not fix, secure, certify or approve AI agents.

During the pilot phase, customers must not submit real customer financial records, payment card data, bank account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, authentication credentials, production secrets, legally privileged material, confidential regulated financial information or customer-identifiable data unless a separate written agreement is in place.The pilot service is designed to operate using synthetic customer profiles, synthetic transactions and customer-provided descriptions of policies and use cases.OpsTwin Finance is not responsible for any loss, exposure, breach or misuse arising from a customer submitting information they were not authorised to provide or information that the Services specifically instructed customers not to submit.
9. Regional Mapping Limitations
Any references to Australia, the United States or the European Union are intended as high-level operational and risk-context mapping only.
Such references may not reflect all applicable laws, regulations, regulatory expectations, supervisory guidance, industry codes or licence conditions that may apply to a specific customer, entity, product, market or AI use case.
Customers should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal, compliance and regulatory advice.
Information on the website and within the Services may change without notice.
Customers should not rely solely on OpsTwin Finance outputs to make decisions involving AI deployment, financial services compliance, privacy, security, customer impact, legal exposure or regulatory obligations.
All outputs should be reviewed by appropriately qualified personnel within the customer’s organisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpsTwin Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage, regulatory penalties, legal costs or deployment failures arising from or related to use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, OpsTwin Finance’s liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant pilot assessment or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
