OpsTwin Finance provides an AI Agent Financial Readiness Report. This service includes:
- Simulated operational readiness testing for AI agents.
- Generation of risk evidence based on synthetic financial scenarios.
- Executive reports containing transcripts, failed scenarios, and suggested guardrails.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Inputs
- Providing accurate agent profiles, including purpose, prompt parameters, and intended region.
- Defining the financial use case and policy limits for testing.
- Ensuring that no real customer personal data or live production credentials are provided to the Platform during the pilot phase.
4. Acceptable Use
- Identify or de-identify any synthetic data for real-world application.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform's scenario generation logic.
- Use the outputs for official regulatory certification without independent verification.
5. Limitations of Liability & No Guarantee
OpsTwin Finance provides the Readiness Report "as-is." We do NOT guarantee:
- That your AI agent will be compliant with any specific regulation or law.
- That the agent will perform identically in a live production environment.
- The accuracy of the model's behavior outside of the provided synthetic scenarios.
OpsTwin Finance shall not be liable for any financial losses, regulatory fines, or reputational damage resulting from the deployment of AI agents tested on the Platform.
